# La French Tech

**Manila Chapter**
The Manila Chapter is the first and only French Tech community in the Philippines. It collaborates closely with local private and public tech startup organizations. The Manila Chapter is also a bridge between French and Filipino startup companies. DOCONCHAIN's CEO is a co-founder and board member since January 2023.
**Global Community**
Initiated by the French Government in 2013, La French Tech is the largest startup community in the world, present in 114 cities in 52 countries, representing 6,000 startups, 26 unicorns, 250 VCs and over €12 billion raised annually. La French Tech's goal is to enhance growth and collaboration between its startups as well as attract partnerships, talents, and investors.
# French Chamber

**Our Mission**
As a member of the French Chamber in The Philippines, DOCONCHAIN collaborates with its members as well as French private and public organizations to provide insights on the Technology environment in the Philippines and in the Southeast Asian region.
**The Chamber**
Established in 1988, the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in the Philippines is a non-profit and self-sustaining organization. Its mission is to serve its members (over 174) and enhance business relations between France and the Philippines.
# Proptech Consortium

**Our Mission**
As a member of the Proptech Consortium of the Philippines, DOCONCHAIN promotes digital transition for the real estate industry to reach higher cost and time efficiency, security, collaboration. DOCONCHAIN's CEO has been a Member since 2023 and a regular speaker in numerous events, and plays a central role in bringing the technology community together as well as supporting new government policies.
**The Consortium**
The Consortium was founded in 2021 by organizations from diverse industries: real estate, government, banking, and technology. The Consortium's goal is to make home ownership easier, faster, more affordable and safer with the promotion of new technologies. Their efforts are focused on new building materials, software adoption, and new government policies.

**Our Engagement**
As one of the first members of the Blockchain Council of the Philippines since 2023, DOCONCHAIN promotes best practices of blockchain technology to transform various sectors, including finance, supply chain, healthcare, and governance. Our goal is to contribute to the growth and development of the Philippine blockchain ecosystem.
**The Council**
Established in 2023, the Blockchain Council of the Philippines (BCP) is a leading organization dedicated to advancing and promoting the adoption of blockchain technology in the country. Our mission is to enhance the regulatory framework for blockchain technology in the Philippines, with a strong focus on establishing a safer and more widespread adoption through education, government collaboration, and community support.
# Cloud Signature Consortium

DOCONCHAIN is proud to be an Associate Member of the Cloud Signature Consortium. We are engaged in promoting and following the latest international standards in digital signature. The Consortium's common technical specifications facilitate interoperability, streamline regulatory compliance, and promote the widespread adoption of cloud-based digital signatures worldwide.
**The Consortium**
Founded in 2016, the Cloud Signature Consortium is a group of industry and academic organizations committed to building a new standard for cloud-based digital signatures that will support web and mobile applications and comply with the most demanding electronic signature regulations in the world.
