How can real estate developers, financial institutions, and property boards modernize operations without compromising regulatory governance? The answer lies in deploying future-proof document ecosystems powered by immutable record-keeping and real-time intelligence. **Architecting Smart Cities at NREA’s 35th Anniversary** On October 14, 2026, at the Bayview Park Hotel in Manila, the National Real Estate Association (NREA) celebrated its 35th Founding Anniversary and Mass Oath-Taking Ceremonies alongside key government leaders and industry practitioners. Addressing the convention, Olivier Bariou, CEO of DOCONCHAIN Philippines and President of the PropTech Consortium of the Philippines, outlined how innovative technologies are connecting communities through sustainable, resilient urban planning. His presentation highlighted critical pillars of digital transformation across the built environment, spanning eSignature and eNotary infrastructure, digital financing, online leasing platforms, HOA management systems, local government integration, and sustainable urban mobility. ![FB2 of NREA P15](https://doconchain.com/hs-fs/hubfs/FB2%20of%20NREA%20P15.jpg?width=500&height=375&name=FB2%20of%20NREA%20P15.jpg) **Showcasing Verifiable Integrity with NotarioPH and KOMUNITI** On the exhibition floor, the PropTech Consortium hosted a joint booth featuring two pioneering member platforms: NotarioPH by QLegal and KOMUNITI by Tavara Holdings. Powered by DOCONCHAIN ’s enterprise digital signature and blockchain security infrastructure, NotarioPH demonstrated Supreme Court-accredited electronic notarization ahead of its October 19, 2026 national launch, delivering next-generation document security for remote and in-person real estate transactions. Beside it, KOMUNITI showcased how residential boards can replace fragmented spreadsheets and messaging threads with centralized dues collection, audit-ready governance records, evidence-based dispute resolution, and "NITI"—an AI Chief of Staff trained on Philippine HOA law. ![FB of NREA P3](https://doconchain.com/hs-fs/hubfs/FB%20of%20NREA%20P3.jpg?width=500&height=375&name=FB%20of%20NREA%20P3.jpg) **Strengthening Institutional Synergy Across Philippine Real Estate** Established in 1991, NREA serves as the Philippines' premier one-stop trade organization, uniting developers, brokers, and government shelter agencies including DHSUD, Pag-IBIG Fund, and PhilGuarantee. Integrating the PropTech Consortium’s stage presentation and member exhibition into this milestone gathering—which featured leaders from the Senate, House Committee on Housing, PRBRES, BCDA, and the Anti-Money Laundering Council—underscored a vital industry shift. Aligning national trade associations with permissioned blockchain authentication and AI-driven property governance ensures Philippine real estate operates with verifiable data integrity from contract execution to long-term community administration. This collaborative framework paves the way for future-proof document ecosystems, fostering enhanced transparency, immutable record-keeping, and trust across all stakeholders. ![FB4 of NREA P11](https://doconchain.com/hs-fs/hubfs/FB4%20of%20NREA%20P11.jpg?width=500&height=375&name=FB4%20of%20NREA%20P11.jpg) **Looking Forward** As the Philippine property landscape embraces comprehensive digitalization, the convergence of legal authority, immutable record-keeping, and intelligent community governance will define institutional leadership. Decision-makers across real estate, banking, and insurance who integrate verifiable, future-proof document ecosystems today are establishing the permanent foundation for secure, transparent, and frictionless urban commerce. \--- SOURCE 35th NREA Founding Anniversary 2026 [NREA (Facebook)](https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?vanity=NREA1991&set=a.1762376322559060) (October 15, 2026)   35 YEARS OF LEGACY [*SMNI Events and Promotion (Facebook)*](https://www.facebook.com/reel/3441570722717077) *(October 16, 2026)* ## Explore more articles ![Subscribe to the DOCONCHAIN Newsletter!](https://doconchain.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Newsletter%20Subscription%20Picture%20(375x304).png?width=375&height=304&name=Newsletter%20Subscription%20Picture%20(375x304).png) ![doconchain-logo](https://doconchain.com/hs-fs/hubfs/doconchain-logo.png?width=1060&height=302&name=doconchain-logo.png) ##### Home - [Pricing](https://doconchain.com/pricing) - [Contact](https://doconchain.com/contact-us) - [Log In](https://app.doconchain.com/?action=login) - [Sign Up](https://app.doconchain.com/?action=signup) ##### About - [Company](https://doconchain.com/our-company) - [Infrastructure](https://doconchain.com/our-infrastructure) - [Community](https://doconchain.com/our-community) ##### Solutions - [Overview](https://doconchain.com/solutions/overview) - [Products](https://doconchain.com/solutions/products) - [Use Cases](https://doconchain.com/solutions/use-cases) - [Benefits](https://doconchain.com/solutions/benefits-of-digital-signature) ##### Resources - [News Center](https://doconchain.com/resources/news-center) - [FAQs](https://doconchain.com/resources/faqs) - [Video Tutorials](https://doconchain.com/resources/video-tutorials) - [User Manual](https://doconchain.com/resources/user-manual) --- ©2019-2026 Doconchain Group.
